Research at local level, within each partner country, through which we can identify the level of knowledge of young people regarding the following aspects: preparing CVs, supporting interviews, supporting work samples, information on the rights, obligations and conditions of employment on the labor market
A2. 2 days of workshops organized with the young participants of the project, from each partner country, for: creating CVs and supporting interviews by young people, in order to integrate them into the labor market.
A3. Dissemination of the project
O1. To increase the level of knowledge of young people regarding recruitment tools on the labor market: creating CVs, supporting interviews, by at least 30%.
O2. To develop young people's abilities to integrate into the labor market and to identify the opportunities in this field, of at least 50% of the young participants.
O3. To propose more efficient methods of recruiting young people on the labor market, by at least 50%, by carrying out an exchange of good practices in this field.
R1. 100 young people from 4 countries prepared in order to realize their CV and attend the interview, in order to integrate into the labor market
R2. 100 simulated interviews with the young participants, to prepare them for the recruitment stage supported by employers
R3. 4 awareness/information campaigns regarding the tools that facilitate the integration of young people on the labor market.
